    I called this location looking for a 17ft. truck and I was told that they had one on site that could be picked up same day. It wasn't until after i filled out all the information that they showed me the 15ft. truck, when I asked why I wasn't getting the truck I was promised the guy told me that Uhual is phasing out the 17ft trucks and they can only give me something close to what i requested....which is NOT what I was told on the phone. I called to make sure they had what I wanted and asked him point blank if they had the 17ft truck available, and the guy on the phone told me that they had one and took down my information, not that they could only get me close to what i wanted. I'm still mad about this because I had to pass 3 other Uhual locations with the 15ft. truck that were a lot closer to my destination. I do NOT appreciate being lied to and would NEVER recommend this location for renting a Uhual or for that matter using their mechanic services.
