  I run a small business in the area and we needed change for $20. This was the nearest bank to us, so I decided to stop in. I was ignored as I walked in so I politely asked one of three employees congregated having a conversation, would he mind giving me change. As he was about to give me change. A very rude woman interrupted and said "we don't give change" in a hostile tone. She then asked if I we're a member of the bank, seems to me that should have been her first remark. I told her at this point it doesn't even matter. felt like I was racially profiled and judged based on my appearance upon entering the bank. I would never do business with people of this caliber. Treat people with respect and kindness
