  I think that Emme is a wonderful instructor. South Side Yoga is the best place to learn and practice yoga. This is a welcoming studio to yogis and yoginis of all levels. Emme believes in immersing her students in a complete yogic lifestyle. She brings together the passion of mind, body and spirit like no one else. There is truly a light that shines from her that she wants to share with all of her pupils. There are classes for newbies, classes for TRX strength training, classes for posture focus and classes for vinyasa flow. Saturday mornings are a good time for one of her workshops. So far this year, we've had essential oils and super stretches with questions and answers. We will also have a yoga immersion this year. So, if you love to work hard and watch yourself benefit and grow in every awesome part of your life, then this studio is for you. Let Emme share her passion with you!
